Why subscribe?

My name is Justin and I have a 25 -year plan to change the way we work in the world. My focus in year three of this project is working with leaders who feel that they need to transition into a new role in order to use their business or personal brand to bring change to their communities for the greater good.

Each day I try to take one step closer to that goal.

I have three wonderfully monstrous children.

I married the most amazing woman I have ever met last September and now I strive to set an example for my family by showing how showing up for each other we can change the world.

I am a Star Wars nerd, TTRPG writer, blogger, gamer, lawncare enthusiast, and for sake of ease a leadership coach.
